Empowering Communities
At Heart of Arizona Nonprofit, we focus on empowering our local community by providing free access to movement-based and wellness events. We sponsor Yoga in the park, Hikes, Meditations, Kids Craft and Story with Mother Mallard, Kids Movement and Mindfulness, Chair Stretch and Balance, Sound Journeys, QiGong and are planning more 2026 activities. We believe that together, we can create a healthier future for all.
